My name is Cayman Brown. I have a master's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning. I coached for three years at the division one level in the weight room, and now I am here to train you! Together we can create a program tailored to your goals. I know the gym can be an intimidating place, but I am here to help you get past that hump and have the confidence to step foot in a fitness room. This may take time, but now you have someone to help hold you accountable and who truly cares to see you succeed.

At our first consultation, we will discuss your training goals and what you look for in a trainer. Once we determine I am the coach for you, based on your goals in the gym, I will create a training program tailored only for you. Hate training alone? Group classes are available to create a fun, competitive environment. Pushing yourself and others to enjoy the gym. The class will entail a few stations where you will gain strength and increase your heart rate and muscle tone. Each session will end with a fun training competition.
