 My name is Cayman Brown. I have a master's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning. I coached for three years at the division one level in the weight room, and now I am here to train you! Together we can create a program tailored to your goals.  I know the gym can be an intimidating place, but I am here to help you get past that hump and have the confidence to step foot in a fitness room. This may take time, but now you have someone to help hold you accountable and who truly cares to see you succeed.
